CONTINUOUS COILER
Continuous coiler
is used to get the non-stop production in a wire drawing plant. This
machine can be fitted just adjacent to the final block of the wire
drawing plant. Wire end from the final block is taken to the continuous
coiler. This machine has a stationary block on which is cast in the
form of a dead coil. Thus continuous coiler unwinds the wire from
immediately preceding block to give a dead cast coil. The coil can be
cut to any desired size and taken out for further production without
stopping the machine, which results in higher production.
